Delete your data.
You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time. Here is how it works, what gets deleted, and what we must keep.
01Option 1: Delete in-game
If a game supports an optional account or cloud save, you can delete your account inside the game: Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Cloud saves, account details and preferences are removed when the deletion is completed.
02Option 2: Send us a request
Email support@firefrag.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. To help us find your data, please include as much of the following as you can:
- The game or advertising service name, and the platform;
- Your account ID, player ID, campaign reference or purchase receipt, if you have one;
- The scope of deletion you want (for example “all data” or “cloud saves only”);
- The email address we should reply to.
We do not ask for government ID as a routine part of a deletion request. If verification is needed, we only check the minimum information tied to your account, campaign or purchase.
03What we do next
We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email. If a request is complex, we will tell you before the 30 days expire and may extend the period where the law allows. Where data is held by an advertising partner or another provider, we will forward your request and confirm what has been deleted or retained:
- Deleted: account details, cloud saves, game progress, preferences, analytics identifiers, and advertising identifiers linked to your account where applicable;
- Anonymised: aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you;
- Retained: purchase and tax records, refund and anti-fraud records, and the minimum needed to prove the request was completed.
- Backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until the backup cycle completes.
Retained records are used only to meet legal obligations or prevent fraud — never for marketing or advertising.
04No account, or cannot sign in?
That is fine. You can still email us. Tell us the game or service, roughly when you used it, and the platform; we will do our best to locate data linked to your device.
05Just want to clear local data?
Uninstalling an app usually removes local progress and settings from your device. For H5 games, clear the site’s cookies and site data in your browser settings.
Note that cleared local data cannot be recovered. If you also have a cloud save, it will not be removed automatically — please use one of the options above.
